A

Greeter (Ticket Taker)

Duties:

  • Greet fans as they enter the stadium
  • Scan tickets as fans enter the stadium and ensure that

Fan Service Representative

Duties:

  • Assist fans with any inquiries or issues during games
  • Help direct fans throughout the stadium to their assigned seats
  • Assist with in-stadium promotions and events as necessary and participate in all promotions as necessary
  • Be a positive and friendly face to all inside the stadium
  • Other duties as required

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual (French & English) preferred
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays

Team Store Associate

Duties:

  • Greet customers.
  • Find items for customers.
  • Provide information about products or current specials.
  • Ensure that items are priced and labeled correctly.
  • Participate in the set-up of the store, arranges inventory, notify supervisor of any inventory deficiency or shortages.
  • Perform clean-up duties to maintain the quality appearance of the work area.
  • Record all transactions via the point-of-sale system and inform guests of the amounts owed.
  • Collect the proper money for merchandise items; processes credit cards or determines correct change for guests.
  • Account for all transactions; maintain accurate cash count and balance cashout at end of shift.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual (French & English) preferred
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
  • A positive attitude!
  • Prior experience in retail (preferred)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

Box Office Attendant

 Duties:

  • Performing sales and service functions at Box Office and ticket windows on game days
  • Offering an exceptional and individualized customer experience
  • Answering general ticketing and building inquiries at window, over telephone, and email
  • Solving ticketing issues that arise from external customers or from internal bookings
  • Record all transactions via the point-of-sale system and inform guests of the amounts owed.
  • Collect the proper money for merchandise items; processes credit cards or determines correct change for guests.
  • Account for all transactions; maintain accurate cash count and balance cashout at end of shift.

ALCOHOL POLICY

The Ottawa Titans Baseball Club strictly enforces the following alcohol serving policy: Everyone must be 19 years of age and present positive government-issued photo ID to purchase and consume alcoholic beverages. Service will cease at the end of the 7th Inning. The Ottawa Titans Baseball Club reserves the right to suspend service at any time at the sole discretion of the management and reserves the right to suspend service to any one individual at any time for any reason.

ANIMALS

Certified seeing-eye dogs and/or assistance dogs are allowed into Ottawa Stadium. No other animals are allowed within the ballpark, unless otherwise permitted by management. For those guests interested in attending a specially designated Titans’ game with your dog, please come join us for our “Bark in the Park” games.

ATM

For the convenience of our guests, ATMs are throughout the concourse and in the team store.

AUTOGRAPHS

Fans may request player autographs before or after any game. Please refrain from asking for autographs during the game.

BABY AND TODDLER TICKETS

Children two years old and younger do not need a ticket to enter Ottawa Stadium. However, a ticket must be purchased if this child will be occupying a seat.

BAGS

Backpacks, diaper bags, and other bags are permitted at Ottawa Stadium, provided they can fit under your seat.

BANNERS, FLAGS AND SIGNS

Banners containing advertising are strictly prohibited within the ballpark without prior consent from Titans management. Fans may display a sign only if it is in good taste and does not pose an inconvenience to other fans. Nothing may be hung over the field side walls/railings where it could interfere with the game. Nothing may be hung from the suite balconies.

BIRTHDAY PARTIES

Birthday Parties are available for all Titans home games. Packages for 10 or more people include food and entertainment, and parties are held in our spacious indoor birthday room. The Box Office is located at Ottawa Stadium, 300 Coventry Road, Ottawa, ON, K1K 4P5

CAMERAS AND VIDEO EQUIPMENT

Fans are permitted to bring cameras and video equipment — including smartphones — into Ottawa Stadium provided that they are intended for personal use only. Taping of any game footage is strictly prohibited (please contact the Titans media relations manager to request a media pass). Fans are not permitted to stand in the aisles or obstruct others from viewing the game while taking photographs. Monopods and tripods are not permitted.

CAPPY

The zany and loveable Cappy can be seen throughout Ottawa Stadium during all Ottawa Titans home games. Young fans wishing to get an autograph from Cappy can do so at Autograph Alley following most home games. Simply line up at the bottom of the aisle at Section LL.

CELLPHONES

The use of cellular phones is permitted at Ottawa Stadium, provided such use does not interfere with other fans enjoyment of the game.

CHANGING TABLES

Infant changing tables are located in the family restrooms on both the concourse and suite level.

CODE OF CONDUCT

The Ottawa Titans Baseball Club are committed to creating a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable ballpark experience. Our staff has been trained to proactively intervene where necessary to help ensure a “Family Entertainment” environment. The Ottawa Titans Baseball Club does not tolerate the use of offensive language concerning another person’s race, ethnicity, gender, religion, disability, age, sexual orientation or national origin by any fan, whether such language is directed at players, umpires, Frontier League personnel, Ottawa Stadium staff, or other fans.

  • Guests will enjoy the baseball experience free from foul/abusive language or obscene gestures
  • Intervention with an impaired or intoxicated guest will be handled in a prompt and safe manner
  • Obscene or indecent clothing will not detract from the guest experience
  • Banners or flags that detract from others’ experience or deemed inappropriate by Titans staff are subject to removal at any time.
  • Guests will show their ticket when requested and sit only in their seat
  • Guests will refrain from displays of affection not appropriate in a public, family setting
  • The progress of the game will not be disrupted by guests’ actions or unauthorized persons on the playing field
  • Smoking and vaping is prohibited inside the gates and on the apron outside the gates of Ottawa Stadium

In an effort to create the safest possible environment for the health and well-being of guests, staff and players, the Ottawa Titans will require the following:

  • Guests must practice social distancing between parties when in line at the gates, concessions areas, restrooms, concourses, and seating areas.
  • Guests are encouraged to use hand sanitizer frequently, and to wash hands for 20 seconds before leaving restrooms.
  • Guests will be expected to comply with all staff directives related to health and safety.

The Ottawa Titans reserve the right to deny or immediately revoke admission to any guest that does not comply with these guidelines, or otherwise detracts from other guests’ enjoyment of the game.

Guests are encouraged to report any disruptive behavior to the nearest member of the Titans Fan Services Booth or security staff.

COMMUNITY ZONE

The Community Zone provides complimentary tickets to charities and not-for-profit organizations. Learn more here. To receive tickets, send a request in writing to the Titans office.

CREDENTIALS

The Ottawa Titans offer both full-season and single-game credentials for covering the team at Ottawa Stadium during the regular season and playoffs. All credential requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the game that would be covered. To request a media credential, please email Davide Disipio ddisipio@ottawatitans.com.

DONATIONS AND CHARITBLE CONTRIBUTIONS

All donation requests should be made in writing on company letterhead and dropped off, mailed, or faxed to the Ottawa Titans at least three weeks prior to the date of the event. The nature of the request should be accompanied by sponsoring organization and purpose. We apologize in advance that all donation requests cannot be accommodated. We DO NOT donate to wedding socials, Christmas parties, or other general fundraisers. Generally, the Titans donate only to registered children’s charities, baseball teams, community clubs, hospitals, daycares, and schools.

DOUBLE SUITE

The Titans Double Suite is the best way to provide your group of up to 36 guests with the ultimate ballpark experience. The Titans Double Suite provides a unique view of the field and includes dedicated food & beverage service, comfortable indoor seating, and 24 fixed seats on its private outdoor patio.

ELEVATORS

Elevators from the street level to the second and third floors are located in the lobby next to the main entrances and Team Store.

EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES AND FIRST AID

EMS staff is available at Ottawa Stadium throughout every game to attend to any medical problems that may occur.

If you are in need of emergency medical assistance, please alert the nearest Fan Services Rep or go to the Fan Services Booth on the concourse behind Section JJ.

The First Aid room is located on the concourse behind Sections HH/GG.

EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES

Part-time and game day positions are available at Ottawa Stadium. Most shifts are during evenings and weekends.

ENTRANCES

Entrances are located at Gate 1 (1st Base Line), Gate 2 (Lobby next to the stairwell, Team Store, and elevators), Gate 3 (Home Plate), and Gate 4 (3rd Base Line).

EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY

Exchanges on tickets (Season, Mini-Pack, or Individual) must be done at least 24 hours in advance of the game date.

Exchanges will not be provided on the day of the game that you are unable to attend. There are absolutely NO refunds once a ticket has been purchased.

EXIT AND RE-ENTRY

Fans may exit Ottawa Stadium at any time. Fans are advised to keep their tickets in the event they need to leave the ballpark and return.

FAMILY/GENDER NEUTRAL WASHROOMS

A Family/Gender Neutral washroom is located on the concourse behind Sections HH/GG.

FAN INTERFERENCE

Interference with a ball in play and trespassing onto the playing field is strictly prohibited by Ottawa Titans Baseball Club policy. Fans who violate this policy are subject to ejection and/or arrest and prosecution. Please note that these policies are designed for the safety of all our fans.

FAN MAIL

Letters to Titans players and personnel should be addressed to that individual and sent to the Ottawa Titans Baseball Club address.

FAN SERVICES BOOTH

The Fan Services Booth is located on the concourse behind Section JJ. Services provided include questions-and-answers, public address announcements, silent auctions, and contest registrations.

FIELD

The playing surface at Ottawa Stadium consists of natural grass. The field’s dimensions are 325 feet down the lines, 385 feet in the power alleys, and 404 feet at centre field.

FIREWORKS

Fireworks displays are scheduled several times during the season. Stadium lights are turned off so fans can enjoy the fireworks display – please keep this in mind for the interest of your safety. For exact dates, pick up a Titans pocket schedule or visit the Schedule Page.

FOUL BALLS

Fans may keep foul balls hit into the stands. However, fans must not enter the playing field to retrieve balls or otherwise interfere with balls in play. When attempting to catch a foul ball please do not interfere with the game in progress and be respectful of other guests. Please note that these policies are designed for the safety of all our fans. Stay alert at all times for foul balls, bats, or broken bat fragments that could land in the seating area.

FRONT OFFICE

The main office for the Ottawa Titans Baseball Club is located inside Gate 3 (Main Entrance/Behind Home Plate). Office personnel can be contacted at (343) 633-2273 or by e-mail.

FUN ZONE

Located down the First Base Line, the Fun Zone features inflatables such as speed pitch, bouncer, and slide.

Gates open one hour prior to all game times. Game times are subject to change.

GATE POLICY

The Ottawa Titans prohibit food or beverage, bottles, cans, or containers of any kind brought into Ottawa Stadium. Infant formula and bottles are the only exceptions. Fans may exit Ottawa Stadium at any time. Fans are advised to keep their tickets in the event they need to leave the ballpark and return.

Handicapped and wheelchair seating are available in the Reserved Seats, as well as permanent companion seating.  Prices are the same as the sections they are located in.

LOST & FOUND

During games, items/articles can be turned in or claimed at the Fan Services Booth. To inquire about lost items following game days, please call the Titans office at (343) 633-2273.

LOST, STOLEN OR FORGOTTEN TICKETS

Please remember that game tickets are like money and should be secured at all times. If you forgot your tickets before coming to the ballpark, they can be replaced at the box office for a donation to the Ottawa Titans Field of Dreams Foundation.

LOST CHILDREN OR COMPANIONS

The Ottawa Titans suggest that a parent or guardian place the ticket in their child’s pocket in order to assist staff in locating their parties. Security, Fan Service Reps and management will help in locating a lost child or companion. All concerns should be directed to the Fan Services Booth on the concourse behind Section JJ.

The safety net around the home plate area stands 45 feet high and stretches from Sections DD to MM.

OFFICIAL GAME

A game is considered official after 4 ½ innings have been completed, 5 innings if the Titans are losing. If a game is postponed prior to being an official game, please hold on to your ticket and listen for announcements regarding the rescheduling of the game.

PARKING

There are numerous on-site and off-site parking lots around Ottawa Stadium. Fans requiring wheelchair or accessible parking can park near Gate 1 on the east side of the ballpark; our parking attendants are present to help you. Additional parking is available just north and west of the ballpark with access from Coventry Road.

PROHIBITED ITEMS

 In the interest of fan safety and enjoyment at Ottawa Stadium, Ottawa Titans management reserves the right to prevent certain items from being brought into the ballpark. Please note that these policies are designed for the safety of all our fans.

Prohibited items include, but are not limited to the following:

  • food, alcoholic beverages or illegal drugs, non-alcoholic beer (empty refillable water bottles are permitted with fountains available throughout the concourse)
  • glass bottles or cans
  • ice chests or hard-sided coolers
  • sticks/clubs (including signs attached to sticks)
  • camera tripods or monopods
  • fireworks and confetti
  • bullhorns, cowbells or other noisemakers
  • animals, except certified services dogs
  • beach balls or other inflatable items
  • bicycles
  • skateboards or roller blades
  • squirt guns or super soakers
  • laser pointers
  • weapons of any kind

PUBLIC ADDRESS MESSAGES

For a donation to the Ottawa Titans Foundation, requests can be made at the Fan Services Booth. Requests must be received by the 3rd inning of the game. Announcements will be accommodated subject to time constraints.

RAIN DELAYS

The Titans will attempt to play every game, even if it is raining at game time. Local media are advised about game status as soon as a decision is made. Check for weather and game delay information on the front page or the Titans Twitter page @Ottawa_Titans.

RAINOUT POLICY

PLEASE NOTE: This policy is in effect for games postponed and not a regulation game

Individual Tickets, Group Tickets, and Mini-Packs In the event of a rainout, tickets can be exchanged at the point of purchase for a ticket of equal value for any remaining regular-season game during the same season (based on availability).

Season Tickets In the event of a rainout, Season Tickets CAN be exchanged. In the event that a game is not rescheduled, Season Ticket Holders will receive a credit toward their Season Ticket renewal.

Suite Tickets In the event of a rainout, Suite Ticket Holders must make alternate arrangements with the Suite Lease.

REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchanges on tickets (Season, Mini Pack, or Individual) must be performed at least two days prior to the original game date. There are NO exchanges on the day of the original ticket. There are absolutely NO refunds once a ticket has been purchased.

RESERVED TICKET WINDOW

Guests may pick up tickets at the dedicated Reserved Ticket Window, inside the main administration office. A photo ID is required of anyone picking up tickets at the Reserved Ticket Window, and tickets will only be released to the individual named on the envelope. If your tickets were ordered through Igniter, the credit card must also be presented. The Reserved Ticket Window will open one (1) hour prior to the start of the event.

SCHEDULES

Pocket schedules are available at the Box Office, Titans Team Store, and the Fan Services Booth. A month-by-month schedule is also available here.

SCOREBOARD

Located over the right-centre field fence, the scoreboard was manufactured by OES Inc. It stands 50 feet high and more than 25 feet wide and features a 38′ W x 16′ H LED video screen for instant replays, player profiles, and between-inning commercials and promotions. The scoreboard also features back-lit and LED screen sponsor advertising as well as a line score to keep fans up-to-date on the statistical side of the game.

SECURITY

For the safety of our fans, security personnel are on-site during all games. If you have an emergency, please contact the nearest Fan Services Rep or security personnel.

SUITES

Entertain special clients, employees, and friends in a luxurious suite and offer your guests a memorable evening at the ballpark. One of our private, fully serviced suites seats up to 12 guests, and features comfortable outdoor balconies, while eight-seat up to 16 guests. Also, ask about our double suite for entertaining up to 36 guests. Arrange your suite and menu options by calling the Titans office at (343) 633-2273.

SMOKING AND VAPING POLICY

In accordance with City of Ottawa bylaws, smoking is not permitted in any part of Ottawa Stadium. This includes the outside seating areas of the suites and the Picnic Zone. Smoking is permitted on the Promenade, or outside Gate 3. For re-entry, fans must retain their tickets. Smoking e-cigarettes is also not allowed inside Ottawa Stadium.

STARTING LINE-UPS AND LEAGUE STANDINGS

Starting line-ups, league standings and game promotions can be found every game on the information boards located at the main entrance, beside the entryway to the elevator lobby.

STROLLERS

Strollers are permitted on the concourse area of Ottawa Stadium. Only strollers that, once folded, will fit under a ballpark seat are permitted.

Published four times during the season with feature articles and team information, the new Titans Digital Magazine is one of the most popular sources that fans use to learn about the Ottawa Titans Baseball Club. Rain and sun protection of all shapes and sizes are permitted in the ballpark, as long as they do not interfere with other fans view and/or enjoyment of the game.

WASHROOMS

Men’s washrooms are located on the concourse behind Sections CC, GG, KK, and NN. Women’s washrooms are located behind Sections EE, FF, KK, and MM. Wheelchair-accessible washroom facilities are available in all men’s and women’s washrooms, with additional unisex facilities with baby changing stations located behind Section GG.

WHEELCHAIR/ACCESSIBLE SEATING

Wheelchair seating is available at Ottawa Stadium at the top of Sections BB, CC, EE, HH, LL, NN, and OO.

WI-FI

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout Ottawa Stadium compliments of Storm Internet.
