Operations
Greeter (Ticket Taker)
Duties:
- Greet fans as they enter the stadium
- Scan tickets as fans enter the stadium and ensure that
- Assist with in-stadium promotions and events as necessary
- Be a positive and friendly face to all inside the stadium
- Other duties as required
Qualifications:
- Bilingual (French & English) preferred
- Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- A positive, outgoing, energetic, enthusiastic attitude!
- A commitment to superior customer service
- A commitment to being punctual, presentable and friendly
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to constantly stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions.

Fan Service Representative
Duties:
- Assist fans with any inquiries or issues during games
- Help direct fans throughout the stadium to their assigned seats
- Assist with in-stadium promotions and events as necessary and participate in all promotions as necessary
- Be a positive and friendly face to all inside the stadium
- Other duties as required

Team Store Associate
Duties:
- Greet customers.
- Find items for customers.
- Provide information about products or current specials.
- Ensure that items are priced and labeled correctly.
- Participate in the set-up of the store, arranges inventory, notify supervisor of any inventory deficiency or shortages.
- Perform clean-up duties to maintain the quality appearance of the work area.
- Record all transactions via the point-of-sale system and inform guests of the amounts owed.
- Collect the proper money for merchandise items; processes credit cards or determines correct change for guests.
- Account for all transactions; maintain accurate cash count and balance cashout at end of shift.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual (French & English) preferred
- Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- A positive attitude!
- Prior experience in retail (preferred)
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Flexible work hours.

Box Office Attendant
Duties:
- Performing sales and service functions at Box Office and ticket windows on game days
- Offering an exceptional and individualized customer experience
- Answering general ticketing and building inquiries at window, over telephone, and email
- Solving ticketing issues that arise from external customers or from internal bookings
- Record all transactions via the point-of-sale system and inform guests of the amounts owed.
- Collect the proper money for merchandise items; processes credit cards or determines correct change for guests.
- Account for all transactions; maintain accurate cash count and balance cashout at end of shift.
- Other duties as required
Qualifications:
- Bilingual (French & English) preferred
- Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- Personal computer skills with the Windows operating system and Microsoft Office suite of softwares.
- Prior experience in customer service and cash handling is considered an asset.

Fan Service Representative
Duties:

Cashier
Duties:
- Greet guests, communicate offerings and answer any guest questions in a friendly manner.
- Become educated with all menu items and able to assist guests with questions pertaining to food allergies and sensitivities.
- Serve food and beverage items in correct proportions, following proper sanitation guidelines.
- Participate in the set-up of the concession, arranges inventory, notifies supervisor of any inventory deficiency or shortages.
- Perform clean-up duties to maintain the quality appearance of the work area, including cleaning equipment.
- Record all transactions via the point-of-sale system and inform guests of the amounts owed.
- Collect the proper money for food and beverage items; processes credit cards or determines correct change for guests.
- Account for all transactions; maintain accurate cash count and balance cashout at end of shift.
Qualifications:
- Ability to provide excellent guest service.
- Basic math skills; ability to accurately account for cash and inventory.
- Effective communication skills; ability to communicate with guests and receive orders.
- Ability to work effectively with others.

Cook
Duties:
- Follow supervisor’s assignments for opening and closing procedures, as well as food production.
- Prepare food and beverage products for customers by following recipe guidelines, using proper preparation techniques, and sanitation guidelines.
- Become educated with all menu items and able to assist guests with questions pertaining to food allergies and sensitivities.
- Set up and operate kitchen equipment.
- Clean equipment properly according to correct procedures.
- Keep the workstation clean, organized, sanitized, and sufficiently stocked.
- Work cooperatively with co-workers and management.
Qualifications:
- Cooking experience preferred (line cook, restaurant cook, or prep cook).
- Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
- Ability to work effectively with others.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Food Handler’s certification is an asset.
- Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks.

Bartender
Duties:
- Greet guests, communicate offerings and answer any guest questions in a friendly manner.
- Become educated with all menu items and able to assist guests with questions.
- Mix, pour, and serve basic alcoholic drinks in accordance to menus and liquor laws.
- Follow all proper alcohol service standards including asking for ID (when necessary), maximum quantities of service, and safe alcohol service.
- Serve beverage items in correct proportions, following proper sanitation guidelines.
- Participates in the set-up of the kiosk, arranges inventory, notifies supervisor of any inventory deficiency or shortages.
- Assists in counting inventory prior to and after shift.
- Perform clean-up duties to maintain the quality appearance of the work area, including cleaning equipment.
- Record all transactions via the point-of-sale system and inform guests of the amounts owed.
- Collect the proper money for food and beverage items; processes credit cards or determines correct change for guests.
- Account for all transactions; maintain accurate cash count and balance cashout at end of shift.

Duties:
- Ensure guest satisfaction through the highest standards of customer service, anticipating the needs of guests and exceeding their expectation.
- Become educated with all menu items and able to assist guests with questions pertaining to food allergies and sensitivities.
- Provide suggestions and upsells to guests.
- Deliver food and drinks to guests, ensuring expediency and accuracy of each order.
- Follow all proper alcohol service standards including asking for ID (when necessary), maximum quantities of service, and safe alcohol service.
- Ensure suites are kept clean and organized.
- Record all transactions via the point-of-sale system and run tabs for guests for the duration of the game.
- Collect the proper money for food and beverage items; processes credit cards or determines correct change for guests.
- Account for all transactions; maintain accurate cash count and balance cashout at end of shift.
- Restock suites as needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience in the food & beverage industry.
- Strong communication and listening skills and the ability to communicate with guests and respond to inquiries.
- Smart Serve certification is required.
- Food Handler’s certification is an asset.
- High energy and ability to work in a fast pace environment.
- Bilingualism is a strong asset.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to constantly stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions.
- Ability to remain standing or climbing stairs for the majority of shift.
- Ability to perform normal lifting of stock up to 50 pounds.
Runner
Duties:
- Perform opening and closing duties as directed by the manager or supervisor.
- Keep food and beverage items stocked, delivery necessary stock to various areas of the ballpark.
- Ensure coffee is brewed fresh and delivered to appropriate areas.
- Deliver food and beverage items to guests in the stands and in the suites.
- Become educated with all menu items and able to assist guests with questions pertaining to food allergies and sensitivities.
- Keep back of concession clean and organized; wash dishes as necessary.
- Assist suite servers in restocking and cleaning suites.
- Assist other concession staff in their duties.
Qualifications:
- Ability to provide excellent guest service.
- Effective communication skills; ability to communicate with guests and deliver orders.
- Ability to work effectively with others.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous food and beverage experience is an asset.
- Smart Serve certification is required.
- Food Handler’s certification is an asset.
