Duties

• Sell 50/50 Tickets during Ottawa Titans home games
• Approach fans pre-game and in-game to communicate the details of the 50/50 raffle program, including the charitable impact of the dollars raised
• Accurately handle the sale and distribution of 50/50 tickets, following program requirements
• Answer questions fans may have about the Ottawa Titans Field of Dreams Foundation
• Bring fun, positive energy to the ballpark
• Turn in all balanced cash and tickets to the Ticketing Department at the close of the shift

Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to provide excellent guest service
• Prior experience handling credit card and cash sales
• Ability to interact positively with a large fan base
• Strong sales skills
• Ability to operate an electronic device

Duties

• Sell Ottawa Titans tickets in-person to customers using the Igniter software
• Provide exceptional customer service while processing ticket orders and/or solving ticket-related issues
• Be prepared to answer general questions regarding seating, pricing, stadium policies, and event details
