The Ottawa Titans Baseball Club is committed to creating a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable ballpark experience. Our staff has been trained to proactively intervene where necessary to help ensure a “Family Entertainment” environment. The Ottawa Titans Baseball Club does not tolerate the use of offensive language concerning another person’s race, ethnicity, gender, religion, disability, age, sexual orientation or national origin by any fan, whether such language is directed at players, umpires, Frontier League personnel, Ottawa Stadium staff, or other fans.

• Guests will enjoy the baseball experience free from foul/abusive language or obscene gestures
• Intervention with an impaired or intoxicated guest will be handled in a prompt and safe manner
• Obscene or indecent clothing will not detract from the guest experience
• Banners or flags that detract from others’ experience or deemed inappropriate by Titans staff are subject to removal at any time.
• Guests will show their ticket when requested and sit only in their seat
• Guests will refrain from displays of affection not appropriate in a public, family setting
• The progress of the game will not be disrupted by guests’ actions or unauthorized persons on the playing field
• Smoking and vaping is prohibited inside the gates and on the apron outside the gates of Ottawa Stadium

In an effort to create the safest possible environment for the health and well-being of guests, staff and players, the Ottawa Titans will require the following:

• Guests must practice social distancing between parties when in line at the gates, concessions areas, restrooms, concourses, and seating areas.
• Guests are encouraged to use hand sanitizer frequently, and to wash hands for 20 seconds before leaving restrooms.
• Guests will be expected to comply with all staff directives related to health and safety.

The Ottawa Titans reserve the right to deny or immediately revoke admission to any guest that does not comply with these guidelines, or otherwise detracts from other guests’ enjoyment of the game.

Guests are encouraged to report any disruptive behavior to the nearest member of the Fan Services Booth or security staff.
