50/50 draws are made at every Ottawa Titans home game. 50 percent of the gross revenue from 50/50 ticket sales will be awarded as the prize. The raffle draw will be displayed on the video board in the 8th inning.

Accessible seating is available at the top of Sections Lower BB, CC, EE, HH, LL, NN, and OO.
The Ottawa Titans Baseball Club strictly enforces the following alcohol serving policy: Everyone must be 19 years of age and present positive government-issued photo ID to purchase and consume alcoholic beverages. Service will cease at the end of the 7th Inning.
The Ottawa Titans Baseball Club reserves the right to suspend service at any time at the sole discretion of the management and reserves the right to suspend service to any one individual at any time for any reason.
Certified seeing-eye dogs and/or assistance dogs are allowed into Ottawa Stadium. No other animals are allowed within the ballpark, unless otherwise permitted by management. For those guests interested in attending a specially designated Titans’ game with your dog, please come join us for our “Bark in the Park” games.
Fans may request player autographs before or after any game.
At the conclusion of most home games, fans can collect autographs from their favourite Titans players and Cappy.
Please refrain from asking for autographs during the game.
Simply line up in the aisle in Section OO at the end of the game.
Children two years old and younger do not need a ticket to enter Ottawa Stadium. However, a ticket must be purchased if this child will be occupying a seat.
Backpacks, diaper bags, and other bags are permitted at Ottawa Stadium, provided they can fit under your seat.
Please note that these policies are designed for the safety of all our fans.
Banners containing advertising are strictly prohibited within the ballpark without prior consent from Titans management.
Fans may display a sign only if it is in good taste and does not pose an inconvenience to other fans.
Nothing may be hung over the field side walls/railings where it could interfere with the game.
Nothing may be hung from the suite balconies.
Birthday Parties are available for all Titans home games.
Packages for 10 or more people include food and entertainment, and parties are held in our spacious indoor birthday room. Dates subject to availability.

Fans are permitted to bring cameras and video equipment — including smartphones — into Ottawa Stadium provided that they are intended for personal use only.
Taping of any game footage is strictly prohibited (please contact the Titans media relations manager to request a media pass).
Fans are not permitted to stand in the aisles or obstruct others from viewing the game while taking photographs.
Monopods and tripods are not permitted.
The zany and loveable Cappy can be seen throughout Ottawa Stadium during all Ottawa Titans home games. Young fans wishing to get an autograph from Cappy can do so at Autograph Alley following most home games. Simply line up at the bottom of the aisle at Section OO.
The use of cellular phones is permitted at Ottawa Stadium, provided such use does not interfere with other fans enjoyment of the game.
Infant changing tables are located in the family restrooms on both the concourse and suite level.
The Ottawa Titans Baseball Club are committed to creating a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable ballpark experience. Our staff has been trained to proactively intervene where necessary to help ensure a “Family Entertainment” environment. The Ottawa Titans Baseball Club does not tolerate the use of offensive language concerning another person’s race, ethnicity, gender, religion, disability, age, sexual orientation or national origin by any fan, whether such language is directed at players, umpires, Frontier League personnel, Ottawa Stadium staff, or other fans.
In an effort to create the safest possible environment for the health and well-being of guests, staff and players, the Ottawa Titans will require the following:
The Ottawa Titans reserve the right to deny or immediately revoke admission to any guest that does not comply with these guidelines, or otherwise detracts from other guests’ enjoyment of the game.
Guests are encouraged to report any disruptive behavior to the nearest member of the Fan Services Booth or security staff.
The Community Zone provides complimentary tickets to charities and not-for-profit organizations.

The Ottawa Titans offer both full-season and single-game credentials for covering the team at Ottawa Stadium during the regular season and playoffs.
All credential requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the game that would be covered.

All donation requests should be made in writing on company letterhead and dropped off, mailed, or faxed to the Ottawa Titans at least three weeks prior to the date of the event.
The nature of the request should be accompanied by sponsoring organization and purpose.
We apologize in advance that all donation requests cannot be accommodated.
We DO NOT donate to wedding socials, Christmas parties, or other general fundraisers. Generally, the Titans donate only to registered children’s charities, baseball teams, community clubs, hospitals, daycares, and schools.
The Double Suite is the best way to provide your group of up to 40 guests with the ultimate ballpark experience.

Elevators from the street level to the second and third floors are located in the lobby next to the main entrances and Team Store.
EMS staff is available at Ottawa Stadium throughout every game to attend to any medical problems that may occur.
If you are in need of emergency medical assistance, please alert the nearest Fan Services Rep or go to the Fan Services Booth on the concourse behind Section JJ.
The First Aid room is located on the concourse behind Sections HH/GG.
Part-time and game day positions are available at Ottawa Stadium. Most shifts are during evenings and weekends.

Entrances are located at Gate 1 (1st Base Line), Gate 2 (Lobby next to the stairwell, Team Store, and elevators), Gate 3 (Home Plate), and Gate 4 (3rd Base Line).
Exchanges on tickets (Season, Mini-Pack, or Individual) must be done at least 24 hours in advance of the game date.
Exchanges will not be provided on the day of the game that you are unable to attend. There are absolutely NO refunds once a ticket has been purchased.
Fans may exit Ottawa Stadium at any time. Fans are advised to keep their tickets in the event they need to leave the ballpark and return.
A Family/Gender Neutral washroom is located on the concourse behind Sections HH/GG.
Interference with a ball in play and trespassing onto the playing field is strictly prohibited by Ottawa Titans Baseball Club policy.
Fans who violate this policy are subject to ejection and/or arrest and prosecution. Please note that these policies are designed for the safety of all our fans.

The Fan Services Booth is located on the concourse behind Section JJ.
Services provided include questions-and-answers, public address announcements, silent auctions, and contest registrations.
Eager to serve our fans needs, Fan Service Reps are available to answer questions and make sure fans have a great time at the ballpark.
The playing surface at Ottawa Stadium consists of natural grass.
The field’s dimensions are 325 feet down the lines, 385 feet in the power alleys, and 404 feet at centre field.
Fireworks displays are scheduled several times during the season. Stadium lights are turned off so fans can enjoy the fireworks display – please keep this in mind for the interest of your safety. For exact dates, pick up a Titans pocket schedule or visit the Promotional Schedule here.
Fans may keep foul balls hit into the stands. However, fans must not enter the playing field to retrieve balls or otherwise interfere with balls in play.
When attempting to catch a foul ball please do not interfere with the game in progress and be respectful of other guests. Please note that these policies are designed for the safety of all our fans.
Stay alert at all times for foul balls, bats, or broken bat fragments that could land in the seating area.

The safety net around the home plate area stands 45 feet high and stretches from Sections DD to MM.
A game is considered official after 4 ½ innings have been completed, 5 innings if the Titans are losing.
If a game is postponed prior to being an official game, please hold on to your ticket and listen for announcements regarding the rescheduling of the game.
There are numerous on-site and off-site parking lots around Ottawa Stadium.
Fans requiring accessible parking can park near the Hop Yard on the west side of the ballpark or by the main entrance at the landing of the Max Keeping Bridge; parking attendants are present to help you.
Additional parking is available just north and west of the ballpark with access from Coventry Road.

The Titans will attempt to play every game, even if it is raining at game time. Local media are advised about the game status as soon as a decision is made.

Individual Tickets, Group Tickets, and Mini-Packs In the event of a rainout, tickets can be exchanged at the point of purchase for a ticket of equal value for any remaining regular-season game during the same season (based on availability).
Season Tickets In the event of a rainout, Season Tickets CAN be exchanged. In the event that a game is not rescheduled, Season Ticket Holders will receive a credit toward their Season Ticket renewal.
Suite Tickets In the event of a rainout, Suite Ticket Holders must make alternate arrangements with the Suite Lease.
Exchanges on tickets (Season, Mini Pack, or Individual) must be performed at least two days prior to the original game date.
There are NO exchanges on the day of the original ticket. There are absolutely NO refunds once a ticket has been purchased.
Guests may pick up tickets at the dedicated Reserved Ticket Window, inside the main administration office. A photo ID is required of anyone picking up tickets at the Reserved Ticket Window, and tickets will only be released to the individual named on the envelope.
If your tickets were ordered through Igniter, the credit card must also be presented.
The Reserved Ticket Window will open one (1) hour prior to the start of the event.

Located over the right-centre field fence, the scoreboard was manufactured by OES Inc. It stands 50 feet high and more than 25 feet wide and features a 38′ W x 16′ H LED video screen for instant replays, player profiles, and between-inning commercials and promotions.
The scoreboard also features back-lit and LED screen sponsor advertising as well as a line score to keep fans up-to-date on the statistical side of the game.
For the safety of our fans, security personnel are on-site during all games. If you have an emergency, please contact the nearest Fan Services Rep or security personnel.

In accordance with City of Ottawa bylaws, smoking is not permitted in any part of Ottawa Stadium.
This includes the outside seating areas of the suites, Fun Zone, and the Hop Yard.
Smoking is also not permitted on the balconies of the suites level, the Promenade, or outside the main gates.
For re-entry, fans must retain their tickets.
Smoking e-cigarettes is also not allowed inside Ottawa Stadium.
Starting line-ups, league standings and game promotions can be found every game on the TV located at the main entrance, beside the entryway to the elevator lobby.
Strollers are permitted on the concourse area of Ottawa Stadium. Only strollers that, once folded, will fit under a ballpark seat are permitted.

Wheelchair-accessible washroom facilities are available in all men’s and women’s washrooms, with additional unisex facilities with baby changing stations located behind Section GG.
