Mike Beard - Corporate Sales Executive
Born and raised in Toronto, Mike relocated to Ottawa in 1978. A passionate baseball fan since his childhood, Mike closely followed the Boston Red Sox and Toronto Blue. Mike brings over 25 years of sales experience to the Ottawa Titans family. Away from the park, Mike enjoys playing drums and enjoying musicians he’s met over the years.”
Sebastien Boucher - Assistant General Manager
Sebastien’s baseball journey saw him grow from a coach into a manager to succeed the great Hal Lanier. Now, Boucher will make the move to the team’s front office, as the Titans bilingual Assistant General Manager. He will look to spearhead the organization’s commitment to the community of Ottawa and Gatineau. In his playing days, Boucher was one of the most prolific hitters in Can-Am League history, being the all-time leader in hits (981), runs (597), and RBI’s (545). A seventh-round pick of the Seattle Mariners in 2004, Boucher spent four seasons in the Seattle and Baltimore organizations, reaching as high as Triple-A. He also played for Canada at the 2006 World Baseball Classic. Off the field, Boucher is active in the region’s baseball community, serving as the head coach at Sport Études baseball Gatineau program and co-owner of Gatineau’s Académie de Baseball.
Martin Boyce - General Manager
Martin, a life-long baseball fan, joined the Titans as General Manager in December 2021. He has worked for various sport organizations in Ottawa, including the Ottawa Sport Council, Ottawa Champions, and Ottawa Sports Pages newspaper. Despite growing up outside Toronto, he now considers Ottawa his home and feels connected to the sport community. Martin came to the nation’s capital in 2015 to pursue a Bachelor of Journalism at Carleton University and has since earned an M.S. in Sport Management and an M.S. in Business Analytics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. He speaks French and Spanish and is (very) slowly working on learning Japanese. You can find Martin just about anywhere in the stadium on gameday. Don’t be afraid to say hello!
Davide Disipio - Media Manager/Broadcaster
Davide Disipio joins the Titans’ broadcast booth for their inaugural season. A graduate with Honours from the Algonquin College Radio Broadcasting program, Disipio is very active in the Ottawa sports scene. The Nepean, Ontario native is one of the voices of the Central Canada Hockey League’s (CCHL) Ottawa Jr. Senators along with the Eastern Ontario Junior Hockey League’s (EOJHL) Ottawa West Golden Knights. Davide’s experience has also taken him to the Can-Am League with the Ottawa Champions in 2019, and to the Ontario Hockey League (OHL) with TSN 1200 and Ottawa 67’s broadcasts. Growing up playing baseball with East Nepean Little League, the 21-year-old was a member of the 2013 Canadian Little League champions that represented Team Canada at the Little League World Series in Williamsport, PA. Davide was also the recipient of the 2021 National Capital Baseball League’s (NCBL) Umpire of the Year Award. On top of being the lead broadcaster with the Titans, Disipio also oversees the team’s social media and digital content.
