Ottawa, ON - The Ottawa Titans (7-14) fell 9-4 to the Quebec Capitales (9-11) on Sunday, dropping the rubber match and their sixth consecutive series.

After getting the first two outs in the top of the first, Zac Westcott (loss, 2-3) served up a single and then a two-run homer to Juremi Profar to open the scoring.

The Titans battled back to tie the score in the bottom half off Carlos Sano (ND, 1-1), as Jason Dicochea ripped a two-run single to centre.

Westcott and Sano would each post zeros until the bottom of the fifth when the Titans loaded the bases with three straight one-out singles. Sano would plunk Dicochea to score Jamey Smart to put the Titans ahead 3-2.

The lead wouldn't last long as Profar would tie the game with a solo shot in the sixth off Westcott. The Capitales would then put a pair on when Erasmo Pinales would enter the game. Following a sacrifice bunt, Adan Fernandez singled to left, putting the Capitales ahead 4-3. Later, Emile Boies would pinch hit and deliver another run with a sac fly.

Matt Valin would enter the game in the seventh, where the visitors tagged the southpaw for four runs, headlined by a Bryan Leef three-run blast.

Tanner Jesson-Dalton (win, 1-0), Frank Moscatiello, Ruben Ramirez, and Kenny Pierson would combine to lock down the victory, tossing four and a third out of the bullpen only allowing one run.

In the loss, Taylor Wright went 3-for-5 with a double while Jason Dicochea put together a 1-for-3 performance with three RBI. Dicochea finishes the week 8-for-23 with three homers and eight RBI in six contests.
